Klarna has unveiled an innovative ChatGPT plugin that offers a highly personalized and intuitive shopping experience to users. The plugin provides bespoke product recommendations to users who ask for shopping advice and inspiration, complete with links to purchase the products via Klarna’s search and compare tool. Klarna’s engineering teams have been collaborating with OpenAI to integrate the plugin for ChatGPT, which enables users to discover new products and find solutions to consumer problems throughout their shopping journey. The plugin will be gradually rolled out to ChatGPT users, beginning with ChatGPT Plus subscribers in the US and Canada. After a period of safety testing, development, and improvement, it will become available to more users and regions.
